Studio One and The Live Room are both open to the public.

Studio One can be booked with or without the Live Room to offer flexibility and to help with budgeting.

Studio One Mixing and Overdubs $385 per day incl. GST (Control Room and Large Booth) plus Engineer.

Studio One Tracking $605 per day incl. GST (Control Room, Large Booth, Live Room and garage iso booth) plus Engineer.

Engineers cost from $200 - $500 per day. We can give you some options if you contact us via our contact form.

Also get in touch via the contact form to discuss standalone Live Room bookings for recordings and/or filming. Prices depend on your needs and usage.

The rest of our spaces are private and run by producers and engineers based in the building. Feel free to contact them directly if you are interested in working with them via the Community page.

A 50% deposit is required before session starts and 50% by the last day of the session. If you have a booking and someone else is interested in your dates, we ask that you put down the deposit to secure the booking. All prices exclusive GST. 

A "day" is considered to be around 10 hours including a couple of breaks for your engineer. The studio offers free 2" analogue tape use and use of all instruments etc.
